J'ai fait de nombreuses réparations sur ce scooter Nouveau démarreur et son relais, nouvelle batterie 10 ampères, nouvelle bobine d'allumage, bougie, nouvelle vanne de carburant à dépression, tuyaut, filtre. Nouveau CDI. Nettoyage carburateur + nouveau choke + nouvelle pipe d'admission. Jusqu'à il y a +- 1 mois le scooter fonctionnait +- parfaitement, il fallait parfois insisté sur le démarreur comme si il n'y avait plus de compression. Mais depuis 2 semaines il faut qu'on insiste sur le démarreur pendant 30 à 50 secondes voir plus.. pour que le scooter daigne bien vouloir démarrer. J'ai demandé à ChatGpt qui m'a dit qu'il s'agissait d'un problème de réglage soupape. Ça me parait logique le reste étant neuf. L'étincelle est la et l'essence aussi. J'ai ouvert le couvre culasse, et j'ai tenté un réglage mais rien n'y fait le problème persiste. Niveau réglage voici ce que recommande l'IA 0.05 à l'admission et 0.07 à l'échappement. Voir 0.10 à l'échappement. (J'ai testé les deux mais rien n'y fait). J'ai même testé un carburateur neuf sans succès. Auriez vous une autre solution ? Un réglage, ou une méthode bien précise pour réussir le réglage ? je fais tourner l'arbre à cames jusqu'à ce que le piston soit au pmh soit en compression soit en échappement. Aussi, j'oubliais, le scooter est équipé d'un système antipollution d'origine, toujours présent, j'ignore si ça peut avoir une incidence, ça m'étonnerait vu que le problème d'allumage n'apparaît qu'à froid, une fois chaud ça démarre du premier coup ce qui me laisse bien penser qu'il s'agit d'un problème d'étanchéité et de jeux aux soupapes.
