Although my 200 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh was an incredible expérience, there were definitely challenges along the way. Some days felt physically exhausting because of the long hours of practice and study. Teaching yoga in front of other students also made me nervous at first because I lacked confidence. However, the instructors and classmates were extrêmely supportive throughout the process. Instead of judging mistakes, everyone encouraged each other to keep improving. Over time, I became more confident speaking in front of groups and guiding yoga sessions. The challenges I faced during the course eventually became some of the most valuable lessons because they helped me grow stronger mentally and emotionally.
